SENIOR WORKSHEET & FAMILY BRAG SHEET

Any student who will need a counselor letter of recommendation for college applications needs to complete the Senior Worksheet and have a parent or guardian complete the Family Brag Sheet. These materials are due one month before the first college application deadline. The Senior Worksheet form is found in Naviance and should be filled out by the student.

Please open the file, save a copy to your computer and then email to your student’s school counselor upon completion.
