Summer Academy Registration

Summer Academy registration is here!

Students who enroll into the Summer Academy are current 8th grade students through 12th grade students attending Meridian High School. The courses are available through the Meridian High School Hy-C (Hybrid Learning Classroom) structure providing students an opportunity to access a course remotely or in person with academic support from the Hy-C teachers. Students who are currently enrolled into a Hy-C course at Meridian can continue the course into the Summer.  Students must finish all coursework (exams included) by July 17, 2025 at noon. Students will not be permitted to continue coursework beyond the July deadline.

Important Dates:

Registration:

  • Handbook released and registration opens on March 6, 2025

  • Registration closes on May 5, 2025 at 3:00pm

Orientations:

  • Rising 9th Grade Summer Orientation: 11:00 am on April 8 in the High School Auditorium

The middle school staff has been informed that students interested in Summer Academy are to be excused.

  • Rising 10th, 11th & 12th Grade Summer Orientation: 10:15am on April 10 in the High School Auditorium during Mustang Block 

  • Make Up Orientation: For those who did not attend either previous orientation, including those currently enrolled in a SY24-25 HyC Course. Orientation at 10:15 am on May 6th in the High School Auditorium.

Course Dates:

  • Schoology Courses open on April 21, 2025

  • Schoology Courses close at noon on July 17, 2025
